Content creation
Working on content creation for a luxury real estate brand was completely new for me, but also incredibly exciting.
Although I haven’t had many opportunities to work on content creation before, I was tasked with developing visuals and social media posts for a luxury realtor. So this project was a chance to explore a side of design I was extremely interested in, but hadn’t worked on much. The goal was to produce content that felt polished, engaging and reflective of the high-end brand, while still having an overall social media presence and connecting with potential clients.
I created a simple “Meet the Team” post that gave me hands-on experience in thinking about how to translate a brand’s personality into a visual piece. I had to consider layout, typography and overall aesthetic, especially since this brand did not have any sort of identity or social media presence at all.
I began by researching the luxury real estate market and looked at other brands’ social media content to understand what types of posts resonate with audiences. I also thought about the tone and messaging that would make the post feel both approachable and professional at the same time.
This experience taught me a lot about how even small pieces of content can communicate a brand’s voice and values. Overall, this project gave me confidence to continue exploring content creation and showed me how much I enjoy it. It’s an area I’m eager to grow in, especially as I’m set to create and manage the brand’s website in 2026.
